Mark has spent nearly four decades working in partnership taxation as an IRS Revenue Agent, IRS Headquarters Senior Policy Analyst, consultant, instructor, and speaker. His experience includes participation in significant national initiatives involving partnership audits, Form 1065 modernization, Schedule K-1 redesign, and partnership tax administration.

Professional Background

Mark began his tax career with the Internal Revenue Service as a Revenue Agent in 1987 and later served as a Senior Policy Analyst at IRS Headquarters in Washington, D.C. from 2001 through 2020.

Following his government service, Mark worked as a consultant and later served as an IRS Instructor for Global High Wealth Tax Issues, providing training on complex tax matters.
